Ben Argent is an independent kitchen designer based in Bath who works alongside his wife, Emi Argent.
Ben graduated in 2005 with a BA(Hons) in Furniture and Product Design having previously run his own successful business as a designer maker. He won a national competition for one of his products which was subsequently manufactured and sold to retailers. Ben gained further experience with a specialist joinery firm designing ultra-high-end corporate interior fit outs in London, working closely with local architects and a manufacturing plant in southern Germany. Ben Argent is an accomplished and award winning designer maker with extensive experience in furniture design and commercial interior fit-out.
Emi Argent trained in architecture and has excelled as a project manager and design coordinator. Emi has a methodical approach to problem solving and an ability to understand the wider architectural potential of the kitchen space.
Ben & Emi founded the company Ben Argent Kitchens in 2007 with a drive to promote their vision for functional simplicity and aesthetic balance within the modern home.
