Terms and Conditions

Goods can only be released to non-account customers on full payment of invoice.  For account customers, Boniti retains full title of the goods until we receive full settlement of invoice.
Please remember that samples are intended as a guide only. Due to the nature of natural stone and natural timber products, colours can and do vary from batch to batch and we cannot guarantee colour and shades.
We sell a range of hand-finished timber floors, some of these boards can take several months to ‘soften and mellow’ to their true colours. This depends on exposure to air and light, please ask for our advice when ordering hand-made boards. This mainly applies to boards that have been fumed. Fumed boards also have more colour variation as sapwood is exposed as a lighter colour within fumed boards so expect more “streakiness” and lighter planks. This is normal and not a defect.
Stones are natural products and as such may contain minor blemishes and fissures. This is not an indication of fault, but an inherent characteristic of stone.
We are unable to accept returns due to any of the above mentioned natural geological and natural variations. Expect colour variation on all natural products.
Filled travertine has had these pits and voids filled at source with a colour matched stone resin. Whilst this gives a smoother surface, through general usage, some small areas of fill may dislodge or previously unexposed holes may become visible. This is not unusual and the holes should be re-filled with a suitable resin or grout. This applies to some limestones too.
It is your responsibility to check that all of the details relating to your order are correct and provide us with all relevant information relating to the enviornment in which the goods are intended to be used and for their delivery.
It is important to check your measurements carefully.  An order should always include an additional 10% to allow for wastage to cover cutting, minor imperfections and breakage.  Allow 15% wastage on parquet and herringbone timber orders or stones that are laid on the diamond. If you do not order enough, subsequent Goods (due to them being a naturally occuring product) may not be exactly the same as the original Goods.
If you the client, builder architect or installer are in any doubt regarding any of the above it is your responsibilty to contact Boniti. Boniti will not be held responsible to any returns or consequential loss as a result of natural variation or colour variation of our goods.
